We can unblock most toilets and sinks in Chislehurst using a plunger, however for more stubborn drainage problems, we can use a smaller water jetting machine (one suitable for portable use indoors) to puncture the blockage membrane to clear the blockage, or use rods that travel down the line. With 24/7* local Chislehurst engineers on standby, you can be rest assured that any drainage problem will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All sinks and toilets are connected to the foul water drain of the property, hence there is a trap between the drain and the toilet or sink. These traps often get clogged with debris from the sink, hair is a favourite in the bathroom and food particles in the kitchen. If this is the case, our drainage engineers in Chislehurst have the skills necessary to deal with any type of blockage in a swift and professional manner.
Customer Name: John R. Davis. I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.

Customer Name: Brian Denton. It gives me great pleasure to write this letter to express our gratitude to the engineer who visited our house on 2nd September. My wife said that Mr. Bradley was very helpful, explained what he had done and advised her how to avoid the problems in the future. At a time when no one seems to have any pride in their work, it is a pleasure to be able to write and thank someone who has. Well done Mr. Bradley and thank you for the service.
